How do I know that Beritaz Care is the best option for me?

Choosing the right care home for your needs is essential for your future well-being. At Beritaz Care we cater for a range of different needs and requirements, we do this by creating individual care plans for our residents. If your needs change we will be able to respond effectively with our highly trained staff, many of whom have specialist experience in Dementia and Alzheimer’s care.

Can we live together as a couple in one apartment?

What happens if my care or nursing needs increase in the future due to illness, age or changing circumstances?

At Beritaz Care, responding to the changing needs of all our residents is key to our success. We are committed to delivering continual care and support to all of our residents. If your circumstances change we will evaluate how best to provide you with suitable care. The experienced staff in our Nursing and Care homes have the capacity to respond to changes in our resident’s mental and physical health. Please speak with Home Manager for further details.

Can you help me to sell my property?

We encourage residents to seek help from family, friends or specialists financial advice.

Will I be able to bring my pets?

Yes, residents are able to bring their pets to our homes. However they must be well trained and easily controlled, in respect to other residents.

Will I have a phone and TV?

Yes, our rooms have the capacity for a telephone and a television. You will need to provide your own TV.

Are meals provided?

Yes, home cooked meals are provided. This includes: breakfast, lunch and dinner. We also provide snacks, morning and afternoon tea and unlimited drinks such as tea and coffee. We provide a choice for each meal and cater for many dietary requirements. Find out more by contacting us today.

Will I have my own bathroom?

Will my room be decorated?

All of our rooms are decorated to a high standard, browse our gallery or order our brochure today.

How do I visit an opticians or dentist?

The services of a visiting optician and a local dentist are available when required.

What is included in the cost?

The cost will depend and vary according to the facilities selected and the need of the resident. A fee range will be given to you at the time of your enquiry or visit to the home. Each of our residents are fairly assessed prior to moving into one of our homes to ensure that the right level of care is received on an individual basis. Our fees are fully transparent and ‘all inclusive’; there are no hidden costs.
